My passion for aesthetics, care, and people intersect at Divine, A Boutique Medspa. With over a decade of aesthetic industry experience, my highly specialized aesthetic nursing background lends itself to both my patients and colleagues. After working with some of the best in the trade, I established Divine, A Boutique Medspa to be a haven for all things health & beauty.
After years of working as both a pediatric flight nurse and ICU nurse, I found my passion in Aesthetic Nursing in 2007. With extensive experience in treating aesthetic patients for the past 15+ years, I have been able to initiate and execute quality care and perform approximately 25,000 aesthetic treatments during my career.
During my continued education, I have had the opportunity to learn directly from some of the top plastic surgeons and pioneers in the industry including Dr. Maurico DeMaio and Dr. Arthur Swift. These specialized trainings, have given me extensive knowledge of facial anatomy, facial assessments, and peerless injection techniques.
I have been an Allergan Medical Institute Faculty Member since 2016. This elite group of educators travels the United States educating and training physicians and other medical professionals on the use of botox and dermal fillers. I have made training colleagues a cornerstone in my career. I have expanded the knowledge and passion of the Aesthetic Nursing field by continuing to train both nurses and medical doctors. My independent consulting and private training practice, GB Aesthetics provides individual and group comprehensive training for medical providers in the areas of aesthetic assessment, consultation, and techniques of neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
While training area professionals, I realized my charge for providing unmatched care when I founded Divine, A Boutique MedSpa. Now, I am able to share my love of the aesthetic industry by continuing to train colleagues; and providing an unparalleled experience to my patients.
Known by many as the “Menopause Queen,” she has spent years helping women and men restore energy, balance hormones, and reclaim confidence in their bodies.
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Doctorate of Nursing Practice, all from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
Before joining Divine, Courtney worked alongside a leading urogynecologist, mastering advanced therapies for hormone replacement, weight optimization, and sexual wellness. Her approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based care, and creating lasting results.
At DIVINE, she leads our Wellness Division, offering bioidentical hormone therapy, peptide optimization, GLP-1 programs, and regenerative support for both women and men. Every treatment plan is custom-designed to help you feel like yourself again: energized, focused, and in control of your aging journey.
Heather’s passion for helping others feel their best was discovered at the age of 15 when working her first job in a spa setting. She then attended The Skin Institute in 2007 and also received additional advanced training courses at The International Dermal Institute in Chicago. After working for a plastic surgeon for several years where she gained experience in a medical setting, she expanded her knowledge by becoming a certified laser technician. Heather’s expansive background working with a variety of different laser technologies provides the best results to every patient she treats using the most effective and safe settings every visit. Heather is also well known for her relaxing facials and knowledge in skin care.
She discovered her passion for aesthetics early on, drawn to the artistry of skincare and the confidence it brings to clients. She attended Salon Professionals Academy, where she received her formal esthetics training, and has continued to advance her skills through ongoing education, staying current with the latest techniques, technologies, and luxury treatment trends.
Specializing in microneedling, advanced custom facials, head spa treatments, and fully customized skincare regimens, Ana-Kate curates results-driven experiences tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns. She is also proud to offer one of the few luxury head spa services available in the St. Louis area, providing a deeply relaxing, specialty treatment that sets her apart in the region. Her ability to blend precision with comfort has made her a client favorite—known for her transformative results, gentle technique, and calming presence in the treatment room.
Whether she is crafting a bespoke skincare regimen or performing one of her signature treatments, Ana-Kate is committed to delivering radiant, healthy skin and an exceptional, high-end experience for every client she serves.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology in 2014 with honors from University of Missouri. During her previous experience training under a plastic surgeon, she was instantly drawn to the transformative nature of procedures. This experience fostered her deep passion for aesthetic care and learning about innovative body contouring technologies. In 2019, she completed continuing education and advanced training to become a board-certified Laser Technician.
Since joining Divine, she loves helping patients reach their body goals with the use of Inmode’s award-winning medical technology. Summer assists Gina in the treatment rooms, manages patients pre-injection appointments and enjoys supporting our mission to transform every patient’s confidence and body positivity.
When she isn’t in the treatment room, you can find her on the farm or going on adventures with her two boys.
After beginning her nursing career in the Thoracic Surgery unit at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Kaylei gained invaluable experience working in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU in Dallas. She later worked as a travel nurse in Texas before returning to St. Louis to transition into the field of aesthetics with Divine.
With over four years of aesthetic injecting experience, Kaylei has honed her skills under the mentorship and advanced training of Gina Bucherich RN, our esteemed owner/founder. She is highly trained in Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers and has developed a true passion for helping her patients achieve natural, beautiful results.
Kaylei’s specialties include Neurotoxins like Botox, Dermal Fillers, Hair Restoration, and SylfirmX Skin treatment. She is dedicated to delivering personalized treatments that help her patients look and feel their best, focusing on both the aesthetic and emotional aspects of beauty.
Kaylei is committed to ongoing education and continuously refining her craft, ensuring that she remains at the forefront of aesthetic advancements. Her approach to aesthetics is rooted in listening to her patients’ goals and using her expertise to enhance their confidence and overall well-being.

Before joining Divine in 2019, she became a certified Customer eXperience Executive through the world-class customer service expert John DiJulius in 2015.
Tammy provides exceptional support in making every patient feel comfortable and confident from scheduling an appointment to the follow up after your treatment at Divine. After more than 15 years of perfecting her leadership and coaching skills as a Customer Service Manager in the aesthetic industry, Tammy believes in a team-based approach where every patient is treated promptly, comprehensively and with a smile.

Elliot L. Korn, M.D., a physician and oculoplastic surgeon, has been in practice for over twenty years in St. Louis.
He graduated college with a degree in chemistry, finished medical school, and specialized in ophthalmology. He was selected for a fellowship in ophthalmic practice and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Korn first used Botox in 1989 and wrote eight surgical articles using C02 laser for plastic surgery around the eye and the orbit. Upon returning to St. Louis, he trained residents in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Korn is chairman of ophthalmology at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Throughout his career, he has vehemently studied nutrition and firmly believes in preventative medicine via a healthy lifestyle. For the past 21 years, he has applied vitamins, minerals, diet, and exercise in the prevention of eye disease. Dr. Korn has also been a member of the American Academy of Anti-aging since 1994.
Dr. Korn specializes in eye disease, surgery, reconstructive surgery, the healing of tired eyes and faces with non-surgical lipo-therapy (to reduce isolated fat pockets).
